Barry Palm joined the Rockford Township team in September 2019. With 13+ years as Highway Commissioner in a neighboring township, he has extensive knowledge of road maintenance, equipment, budgets and levies. Barry also has a strong background in managing people and a long history of working with government agencies to promote efficiency and understanding of Township Government. Barry adds a wealth of knowledge and experience to our management team at the Highway Department!
Craig Dhuse

Craig Dhuse has working knowledge of Rockford Township roads. He was promoted to Foreman in April 2020. In addition to 10 years of outside leadership experience, Craig has 7 years of experience operating heavy equipment, snow plowing and overall road maintenance. We welcome Craig’s leadership skills!
